Credit Card - On Pickup : May I make payment on pickup?

  • We do accept credit card payments in all of our branches for in-store purchases. Amex attracts a 2.0% surcharge. Visa/MasterCard has a zero percent surcharge.
  • The credit card holder must be present for card verification.
  • In the unlikely event that you are sending someone else to pick up your order and cannot present the card, please download the credit card authorisation form below.
  • The person picking up the order must provide their driver license which we will photocopy as proof of pickup.
  • The credit card holder's details will be verified by us first before the goods can be collected.

Direct Deposit - How is this done?

Can I pay with EFTPOS?

  • Yes for walk-in orders only.
  • There is no surcharge for EFTPOS payments.
  • EFTPOS has a daily withdrawal limit of $800-$1000.
  • You can change your EFTPOS withdrawal limit with your bank.
  • Cash outs are not available.

Can I pay with BPAY?

  • Yes. For more information about how to use BPAY, please visit www.bpay.com.au/Personal/Pay-bills.aspx
  • There is no surcharge for BPAY payments.
  • Our Biller Code is: 73155.
  • Your Reference Number will be given on your order confirmation email.

Do you accept payment via Paypal?

  • Yes.
  • Paying by PayPal incurs zero surcharge on top of your total cost.
  • PayPal is Australia's favourite way to pay online.

  • PayPal will remember and safeguard your BSB and account number, and your credit and debit card numbers so you won't have to type the details each time you buy online.

Do you accept Credit Card payment over the internet?

  • Yes.
  • We accept Visa and mastercard which has zero percent surcharge while American Express with a 2.0% surcharge
  • The surcharge helps to defray the layout cost of providing a secure and convenient payment gateway for our customers. Should you wish to avoid a surcharge, please use Direct Deposit or Bpay.
  • Your payment will be processed securely and verified via Eway or Braintree

What is a CVV?

  • Visa and Mastercard cardholders: Turn your card over, look at the signature box. You should see the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is the CVV number / Card Security Code.
  • American Express cardholders: Look for 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of main credit card number. This 4-digit code is the Card Identification Number (CID) that you will enter as the CVV. The CID is the four-digit code printed just above the Account Number.

Are the prices quoted on the website GST included?

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST and are available at this pricing within Australia only. Our price list can be accessed on each product page and Scorptec reserves the right to amend our prices at any time.

    • Although zipMoney's interest free plan allows you to shop today without paying anything upfront - it is a loan and must be paid back. Failure to do so could affect your future credit rating. zipMoney's payment plans are interest free for up to 6 months, but please be aware that interest will start to accrue after the interest free period. You can see your interest free balance, how long it is estimated to take to repay the loan and change your payment schedule in your digital wallet.
  • What are the benefits?
    • You can buy the goods you want today and pay nothing upfront.
