Most of the time we will be able to assist you with your questions however we do encourage our customers to learn the basics of troubleshootings and research the answers online. Your knowledge and experience will in turn help to make sure your system is well maintained and it can perform at its optimum level.
Computer Parts
The best place to find the latest information on your product and its technical issue will be through the internet. By visiting to the manufacturer's own website, forums, technical supports and researching for your symptoms online (Google), you will be able to confirm whether or not it is a known issue and most importantly if there is a solution to your issue. Majority of the time, the solutions is available on the internet via updated drivers and firmware.
Systems
For Scorptec systems or any custom computers built by us, you will be able to contact us directly to obtain a technical support. However for any other branded desktop systems and notebooks such as Acer, Lenovo, HP, typically they will have their own technical support and will be better equipped and faster to handle your inquiries.
In order to maintain your computer in a good working order which performs well and is reliable, we do encourage our customers to ensure they are running the latest version of bios/firmware/drivers and software and make sure that its well maintained such as keeping a regular check on their cables and connections (not loose) and keeping it clean and free of dust (create static) and cool by making sure all the fans are in good working order (prevents from overheating).
