The first point of contact for any issue you have is always the manufacturer of the item in question. While we do our best to keep up to speed with all the ins and outs of the various hardware and software we sell the manufaturer will usually be the best trained and most knowledgeable about the product in question.
In the situations where there is no support from the manufacturer or you dont know who to contact, please contact us by by email or phone.
