Scorptec is pleased to announce the addition of Remote Support services.
Our Remote Support service is fast, easy, affordable and secure, using end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption which is the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions.
If you are experiencing issues or just would like someone more knowledgable that yourself to help with your PC we can now help without you needing to bring your PC in.
Even better news for customers who purchase a Scorptec System or a Custom System from us is they will have access this service as part of their normal system warranty!
The best thing is you don't need to know the latest tech jargon because we can do it all for you. So if you would like to use our Remote Support service please contact our Support team on 1300 726 770, menu option 3.
