Dead on Arrivel period is 14 days; please alert Scorptec asap to any issues.
Outside of 14 days there are 2 options.
1. Return back and handle by Scorptec which goes through either our suppliers or the manufacturer's service centre.
2. Customer to take to manufacturers service centre directly as this is generally faster handling time. Please contactToshiba on 13 30 70 for this option.
Note: Data will likely be wiped from any notebook or tablet return, please ensure you have up to date backups.
