Delivery Methods

Information within this page is provided only as a guide for customers to understand our delivery services and the couriers we use and how they operates.

Internet orders placed before 3pm usually can be dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 3pm usually will be processed and delivered to customers the next working day (in most major cities). However, as our couriers do not do deliveries on Saturdays, all orders dispatched on Friday may not get delivered until Monday or Tuesday.

We can not guarantee the exact courier delivery time or arrange time of delivery for you because all couriers have different delivery routes which changes daily. If your order is urgent, please notify us and we'll endeavour to get it out as soon as possible, there will be extra charges required for same day or overnight delivery. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you. This email will include details such as the courier's consignment number which can be used for tracking purposes on the courier's website. You can use the consignment number to contact the courier directly for any inquiry should you feel the delivery has taken longer than it should. Some courier will not be able to track the consignment without firstly filling in a proof of delivery request, in this case we will have to do this on your behalf. You must ensure that the address you use for delivery has someone to receive your order. You should also contact us if you want to redirect your delivery as courier will not do this for you. Extra cost will apply if redirection is required.

Most couriers also do not ship to PO BOX delivery address, so for large items or goods sent via couriers we do not recommend customers to use PO BOX as delivery address, it must be a physical address. If you're sending it to a non residential address, please make sure you let us know the name of the company or the buildings. When goods are delivered to a reception area and not signed personally by the purchaser, we can not guarantee the security of your goods, its customers responsibility to ensure that delivery address is secure.

Australian Post COD (E-PARCEL)

* This delivery method is limited to small orders under $500 and unfortunately we do not ship any monitors, cases or large/heavy bulky items using this method.

Australia Post COD is a delivery service which covers the whole of Australia. We only offer Australia Post COD service for shipping of small sized items (under 3kg) or orders with value under $500. Australia Post COD offers more delivery coverage than any couriers, therefore it can be used for customers who live in the outer regions where their closest point of contact is the Post Office. It is also recommended for customers who have no access to internet banking or local banks or do not have creditcards. However, if you require your goods urgently, please do not choose this method as the delivery time on Australia Post COD can be a lot slower than using common couriers.

How COD works is the customer will receive a notification in their letter box when the order is ready for collection at their local post office, customer must bring their pickup notice along with a photo identification and pay the money to the Post office in exchange for the goods. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for Australia Post COD delivery to capital cities, it is longer for outer regions. If you do not receive your pick up notice at the expected delivery time, you can just call or visit your local Post Office, inform that you're expecting a C.O.D. with the Consignment Note Number that we provide you on your shipment notice and they will locate your parcel though their tracking system. Australia Post treat all C.O.D. post as regular parcel shipments so they will not be able to ship it as promptly as Express Post service or the couriers.

Scorptec charges a flat rate COD fee (Cash on Delivery) $20.

Road Transport

Star Track Express
Star Trak Express is a national company, a specialist in delivering Australia wide, with their large networks of couriers throughout Australia, they are one of the most efficient and reliable couriers. Their website is: www.startrackexpress.com.au. We normally use Star Track Express for large/bulky orders that requires express delivery. The delivery time table below is the approximate earliest - latest delivery times.

Australian Air Express

Australian Air Express works in conjunction with Qantas and Australia Post to provide Australia wide delivery service delivered to your door overnight, next day or within 3 business days. Backed up with electronic bar-code tracking system and signature-based Proof of delivery it is one of the most reliable services. We have overnight prepaid consignment delivery satchels for weights up to 3kg. It is ideal for sending small items like motherboard, CPU, RAM, internal cards, hard disk, or any items that is required urgently. You can also track and trace your consignment with the consignment number which we will provide in the email confirmation before we despatch, by phone call 13 12 13 or you may look up your consignment number using their Track & Trace features of their website. You can normally check the consignment information the next working day. Some areas, the goods are delivered much faster than the information available on the internet.

Local Melbourne Delivery

We use the following courier companies to deliver within the Melbourne area. We will use the appropriate couriers based on the order time, location, as well as customer's own preference.

*WARNING: ANY CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT PICKUP THEIR COD AND DID NOT INFORM US OF THEIR CANCELLATION, WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM ORDERING USING COD AGAIN! ONCE A COD ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO PAY THE MINIMUM COD DELIVERY FEE OF $20.

* PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE COURIER DELIVERY,  THE DELIVERY ADDRESS MUST BE ATTENDED DURING THE BUSINESS HOURS (9-6PM), IF THE ADDRESS IS NOT ATTENDED, REDELIVERY COST OF $11 WILL NEED TO BE PAID OTHERWISE CUSTOMER MUST COLLECT FROM THE COURIER DEPOT.
