Information within this page is provided only as a guide for customers to understand our delivery services and the couriers we use and how they operates.
Internet orders placed before 1pm usually can be dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 3pm usually will be processed and dispatched to customers the next working day, assuming all the parts are in stock and the payment has cleared. As our couriers do not pick up from Scorptec on Saturdays, all orders with parts and payment ready placed after 3pm, will be dispatched on the next business day.
We can not guarantee the exact courier delivery time or arrange time of delivery for you because all couriers have different delivery routes which changes daily. If your order is urgent, please notify us and we'll endeavour to get it out as soon as possible, there will be extra charges required for same day or overnight delivery. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you. This email will include details such as the courier's consignment number which can be used for tracking purposes on the courier's website. You can use the consignment number to contact the courier directly for any inquiry should you feel the delivery has taken longer than it should. Some courier will not be able to track the consignment without firstly filling in a proof of delivery request, in this case we will have to do this on your behalf. You must ensure that the address you use for delivery has someone to receive your order. You should also contact us if you want to redirect your delivery as courier will not do this for you. Extra cost will apply if redirection is required.
We do NOT ship to a PO BOX or Parcel Locker delivery addresses, it must be a physical address.
If you're sending it to a non residential address, please make sure you let us know the name of the company or the building. When goods are delivered to a reception area and not signed personally by the purchaser, we can not guarantee the security of your goods, its customers responsibility to ensure that delivery address is secure.

Star Track is a national company, a specialist in delivering Australia wide, with their large networks of couriers throughout Australia, they are one of the most efficient and reliable couriers. Their website is: www.startrack.com.au.
We normally use Star Track for large/bulky orders that requires express delivery.
In some remote areas, the customer will be required to pickup from the local agent, i.e. non door-to-door delivery areas.

Star Track Air Freight provides an Australia wide delivery service delivered within 1-3 business days. Backed up with electronic bar-code tracking system and signature-based Proof of delivery it is one of the most reliable services. We have overnight prepaid consignment delivery satchels for weights up to 3kg. It is ideal for sending small items like motherboard, CPU, RAM, internal cards, hard disk, or any items that is required urgently. You can also track and trace your consignment with the consignment number which we will provide in the email confirmation before we despatch, by phone call 13 23 45 or you may look up your consignment number using their Track & Trace features of their website. You can normally check the consignment information the next working day. Some areas, the goods are delivered much faster than the information available on the internet.
Local Melbourne Delivery
We use the following courier companies to deliver within the Melbourne area. We will use the appropriate couriers based on the order time, location, as well as customer's own preference.
*WARNING - PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE COURIER DELIVERY, THE DELIVERY ADDRESS MUST BE ATTENDED DURING THE BUSINESS HOURS (9-6PM)
- IF THE ADDRESS IS NOT ATTENDED, REDELIVERY COST OF $11 WILL NEED TO BE PAID OTHERWISE CUSTOMER MUST COLLECT FROM THE COURIER DEPOT
