He asked for a mobo.. Not an entire system.. Lol But yes what socket? We'll assume LGA775? If it was core i7 you wouldn't be asking.. Theres so few its too easy to find em anyway lol. And Most AMD boards won't support SLI anyway.

Asus NFORCE 780I LGA775 MAX- 8GB DDR2 3PCIE16 PCIE 2PCI 1333MHZ

Etc.. Realistically I could search the web and find a shitload. However for something like this, it's best to search for yourself. Just look up 'SLI motherboard socket 775' or something along those lines. Or check shopbot.com.au and type in sli motherboard. See what you get. You haven't specified any build, make, what system you're putting on it or your price range, so there isn't much anyone can do for a suggestion.

Goodluck!

Running an XFX 780i here, allows 3 cards to be SLi'd, or, AFAIK it can do triple dual chip cards such as 9800GX2. Personally I am running just a single 9800GX2 (still runs in sli mode) and in the second PCIe slot I have a 640MB 8800GTS dedicated to the physics processing, and E8500 CPU. All up its not a bad set-up, runs the toughest games with no probs and usually at or near the highest graphics settings

For SLi on s775, you need a Nvidia based board, 680i, 780i, 790i chipsets. Many different boards available, best IMHO are the reference boards, sold by EVGA, XFX, BFG etc. The other option you have in general is x58 based i7 system, which means a lot more $$$. I run an Asus x58 board and 920i proccy and 2 280gtx's in SLI...and a big monitor(30" Samsung)

If you are interested in saving some $$$, I have EVGA 780i and 790i boards, for sale - in boxes, as new. I'll even deliver and setup if you live in Melb.
PM me if you want to know more..GL!!!

+1 for the 780i.

Only problem with my XFX one is the Northbridge runs BLOODY hot and there aren't many aftermarket coolers available for it...

Yeah the Evga one does a much better job of cooling the Northbridge than the XFX version.

+1 for the 780i; never misses a beat.
