WinTV-NOVA-T-MCE brings digital TV to Windows XP Media Center Edition
WinTV-NOVA-T-MCE is a digital TV receiver which receives television on the DVB-T format, and can be used to watch and record digital TV shows under Windows XP Media Center Edition.
The DVB-T digital TV format is currently used in the U.K., parts of Germany, Australia and Taiwan. It is not used in North America at this time.
